OUR VILLA
- ACCOMMODATION IN WATAMU
Our villa is located about15 walking minutes from the beach
on a walled and independent 10'000 sq. m compound within
a tropical fruit garden with swimmingpool.
Villa for 12 - 18 pax consists
of:
• 6 sleeping rooms (for 2-3 Pax) with ensuite
bath rooms (shower/toilet)
• 2 double sleeping rooms (annex) with ensuite
bath rooms (shower/toilet)
• big kitchen (35 sq. m)
• large dining room
• detached lounge with bar
• living area : ca. 450 sq. m
•Swimming pool ( 10 x 20 m, tiled), with 2 extra showers
and toilet
Costs per day: 195,- € (If
occupancy is higher than 12 pax, the costs per additional
person is 10,- €)
All rooms are equipped with fans.
Costs include house servants for the daily housekeeping
and as assistance in the kitchen:
We can also employ a cook, should you request one (daily
extra of 10,- €).
The bungalows are equipped with linen, towels, moskito nets,
fans and fridge with freezer compartment. In case of power
cuts we have a large generator stand-by.
